An experienced guide will take you on an interesting and educational walk with one of our birds. A Harris Hawk will take to the sky and fly alongside us, returning to your glove at various points as we walk. The importance of learning

Hawk Talk Walk offers schools and educational centres the opportunity to come face to face with some of our favourite birds such as Hawks and Owls. Our expert speaker will talk to groups of children and adults about the birds in their natural environments and how we look after them in captivity. Lessons can be conducted in English and the language level adapted to the age and experience of the students. Children will learn about the historic background of falconry in a fun and informative way and have an opportunity to be photographed with these special birds. Hawk Talk Walk Falconry is dedicated to showcasing our Birds of Prey such as Owls, Falcons and Hawks in their most natural way. This includes making their housing as natural and safe as possible, providing the birds with all the care and attention they need to live very comfortable lives. It also includes their daily care, feeding, access to fresh water, enough space to fly free and the appropriate training methods associated with falconry and keeping such birds. With your help we can keep things up and running and constantly upgrade our facilities to cater for family visitors and more birds, increasing our variety at the same time as safely maintaining the birds we already care for. Your kind donations also cover some of the costs of feeding these birds their specialty diets and nutritional supplements.
